PhotoShoot Guidelines

1. Booking & Confirmation
 A booking is considered confirmed only after the agreed booking amount/token advance has
been received.
 The date and time of the session are reserved exclusively for the client once the booking is
confirmed.
 Any change in date or time should be communicated as early as possible and will be subject
to availability.
 Last-minute changes, cancellations, or rescheduling may be subject to applicable charges as
per the booking terms.

2. Punctuality
 Please arrive at the venue/studio at the scheduled time for your session.
 For outdoor shoots, please arrive at the agreed meeting point on time.
 The session will generally conclude at the scheduled time, irrespective of late arrival.
 In case of unavoidable delays, please inform us in advance.

3. Clothing & Preparation
 Please carry the outfits, accessories, props, and other items discussed during the
consultation.
 For all sessions, please follow the outfit coordination and preparation guidelines shared in
advance to ensure a smooth and visually cohesive photoshoot.
 We recommend avoiding heavily wrinkled clothing and arriving well-rested and prepared for
the session.

4. Studio Guidelines
 Kindly avoid blocking entrances, exits, or other residents & parking spaces.
 Please use the entry code shared with you before the session.
 The entry code should be provided to the security guard at the entrance when required.
 Please do not share the access code with anyone outside your group.
 Please Park your vehicle only in the designated parking area between Building C and
Building D.

5. Studio Etiquette
 Please help us maintain the studio & cleanliness and equipment.
 Children should not handle photography equipment, lighting equipment, props, or other
studio items without permission.
 Food and beverages should be kept away from photography equipment.
 Any damage caused to studio property or equipment due to negligence may be chargeable.

6. Props & Personal Belongings
 Props provided by the studio are used at the photographer & discretion and based on the
creative requirements of the session.
 Clients are responsible for their personal belongings brought to the studio or shoot location.
 We recommend avoiding bringing valuables unless absolutely necessary.

7. Photography Style & Creative Direction
 Photography is a creative art form, and the final images reflect the photographer & artistic
style, vision, composition, lighting, and editing approach.
 Clients are encouraged to share their preferences, reference images, and expectations
before the session.
 Reference images may be used for inspiration but may not be replicated exactly due to
differences in location, lighting, subjects, expressions, and circumstances.
 The photographer has creative discretion regarding poses, compositions, lighting,
backgrounds, and image selection.

8. Image Selection & Editing
 Clients may select their preferred photographs from watermarked images shared for editing.
 Unedited, RAW, duplicate, blinked, or technically unsuitable photographs are not included
unless specifically agreed upon.
 Final images will be professionally edited according to the photographer & editing style.
 Extensive retouching or special editing requests may attract additional charges.

9. Delivery of Photographs
 Edited photographs will be delivered within the timeline communicated at the time of
booking. (2-4 weeks after the selection is given)
 Delivery timelines may vary depending on the type of shoot, number of photographs, editing
requirements, and ongoing assignments.
 Please ensure that the email address/phone number provided for delivery is correct.
 Once the final photographs have been delivered, clients are responsible for maintaining
their own backup copies.

10. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All photographs remain the intellectual property and copyright of the photographer, irrespective of
the package booked, amount paid, or number of photographs delivered.
 Payment for a photography package grants the client the right to receive and use the
delivered photographs for promotional purposes, subject to the agreed package terms.
 Copyright ownership is not transferred to the client unless specifically agreed to in writing.
 The photographer retains the right to reproduce, publish, display, and use photographs
created during the session as part of their professional portfolio, website, social media,
advertising, exhibitions, competitions, and other promotional activities.
 We completely respect your privacy. If you do not wish your photographs to be used for
promotional or portfolio purposes, please inform us before the session.
 Clients who require complete privacy may choose to purchase the copyright/exclusive
usage rights of the photographs at an additional cost.

11. Guests & Accompanying Persons
 Please limit accompanying guests to the number discussed during booking.
 Additional people may affect the available space, workflow, and overall experience.
 For studio sessions, the photographer may request that unnecessary guests remain outside
the shooting area.

12. Outdoor Sessions
 Outdoor photography is subject to weather, lighting, location restrictions, and other
circumstances beyond the photographer & control.
 If weather conditions make the session unsafe or unsuitable, the session may need to be
rescheduled.
 Any location entry fees, permits, parking charges, or other venue-related costs are the
client & responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

13. Unforeseen Circumstances
In case of circumstances beyond our reasonable control—including severe weather, illness, technical
issues, venue restrictions, natural events, or other emergencies—we may need to reschedule or
modify the session.
We will make every reasonable effort to provide an alternative date or suitable solution.

14. Client Cooperation
The best photographs are created when the photographer and client work together.
We request clients to:
 Communicate their expectations clearly before the session.
 Follow reasonable directions during the shoot.

 Inform us about any special requirements in advance.
 Allow the photographer creative freedom to capture natural and authentic moments.
 Treat the photographer, assistants, studio staff, and other people involved in the session
with courtesy and respect.

15. Final Note
Our goal is to create photographs that you and your family can cherish for years to come.
By booking a session with us, you acknowledge and agree to these general photography guidelines
and policies, along with any shoot-specific terms communicated at the time of booking.
